Vanilla Butter

Made using vanilla bean paste, our vanilla butter gives you both aroma and flavour with the added aesthetic of seeing vanilla speckles. 

This butter really shines in baked goods and batter for pancakes and waffles.

Tips

• Please keep refrigerated.
• Suitable to freeze for up to 1 month. 
• When using in a batter for sweet goods we suggest you reduce the amount of sugar you add. In some cases, you may not need to add any additional sugar.
• When using to spread, we advise you take the butter out of the fridge for at least 30 mins ahead of usage to allow the butter to soften up.
