Lemon Butter

Our lemon butter is a mixture of zestiness with a hint of sweetness. Its flavours are far from overpowering and allows you to experience a great balance of citrus with a trace of sweetness.

Can be used for baking, spreading and cooking.

Tips

• Please keep refrigerated.
• Suitable to freeze for up to 1 month. 
• When using in a batter for sweet goods we suggest you reduce the amount of sugar you add. In some cases, you may not need to add any additional sugar.
• When using to spread, we advise you take the butter out of the fridge for at least 30 mins ahead of usage to allow the butter to soften up.
