Ginger Honey Butter

Our ginger honey butter packs a mean spicy punch but has the honey to balance everything out. It's made with real ginger (bits and all) and truly gives you the best of both worlds.

This combination of flavours works well in both sweet and savoury dishes.

Tips

• Please keep refrigerated. 
• Suitable to freeze for up to 1 month. 
• Made with real ginger and has bits.
• When using in a batter for sweet goods we suggest you reduce the amount of sugar you add. In some cases, you may not need to add any additional sugar.
• When using to spread, we advise you take the butter out of the fridge for at least 30 mins ahead of usage to allow the butter to soften up.
